The beautiful Hero’s Square is famos for its baroque buildings in the centre of Miskolc. The memorial of Miskolc’s heroes are standing on the square with it’s pyramid shaped figure, made by Peter Szanyi.
Next to the Parish Minarit standing the famous Foldes Hight School wich was originally named after Gyorgy Frater.
On the square also standing the Berzeviczy Gergely Commercial and Catering secondary school.
The Synagogue of Miskolc was built in romantic style, and this is the only synagogue in the county.
The surrounding of the square there is a flowerfull garden and park.
